it is amazing, the human capacity to complain about the woes, or imagined miseries, of life. really. it is truly one of the most amazing things ever. how people can complain at great length about the same things that have been bothering them for the longest time, and not get sick of it. truly wondrous. i do not deny being guilty of this myself - god knows i do it often enough to annoy people to no end - but it is just really curious how people can talk about these trivial issues that bother them on a daily basis without getting sick of themselves. i am just. amazed.

i think i've gone off people a bit. they're all so caught up in their trivial little lives, worrying about mundane and stupid things like schoolwork, and their relationship issues and not having enough money to buy a new dress or shoes or whatever. i mean, how can all of this even matter, at the end of the day. (and i'm getting all existential now.) but seriously, at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter if you get an A+ for marketing, or you buy a new skirt, or your boyfriend tells you he can't call you every night because he has better things to do with his life. it. really. doesn't. matter. and besides, nobody gives a shit. honestly, do you really think that all these random people you call your friends really care about how your day was, or if your boyfriend took you to the movies, or if you got a B- on the last quiz? they don't. all they want out of you is someone to listen to them complain about how miserable their lives are, so that they can feel better that they have a shittier life than everyone else.

i don't know what this universal human obsession is with having the shittiest life around. i mean, come on. it is not great to have a shitty life. WHY are you competing to see whose life is shittier. what does that prove to anyone. what have you accomplished by having a shitty life. NOTHING. you are just being a retard, if you think that proving your life is shittier than everyone else's makes you better than them, in some warped way. hm, maybe people think if they can prove their life is the shittiest of the lot, they win complaining rights. or comparing shitty lives is just an excuse for people to complain for hours on end about the crappy state of their lives, because they're not competent enough to make something useful out of it.

honestly, i don't care about your shitty life. good for you, well done, congratulations that you have a crappy/lousy/rubbishy life. mine's better than yours. wonderful. yay you, for being 'unfortunate' enough to be bogged by so many problems that you obviously can't solve on your own because you're an incompetent shithead. well done.

i seriously need a shirt that says I DON'T CARE printed in bold letters across the front. i say it often enough. haha. any takers?

okay, just so we're clear - this post is not directed at any particular person (because i do not care about you enough to dedicate an entire blogpost to you), and neither am i angsty/emo/upset/angry whatever. if you think this is an ill-crafted, poorly worded post that does little to help the world, you are probably right. but then again, i don't care. so screw you too. (:

right what was i saying. no malicious intent. yes. just a casual post based on my observation of miserable human beings. they're everywhere.
