haha.
"We were quite amazed that our dear students, who usually had the attention span of a mayfly, actually seemed engaged by the songs and videos (superb jobs done by the Film Soc and Laser Studio). Concluded we should hire people to sing out the lecture notes to help them." - ex-rj-chem tutor
haha. quite funny right. maybe they should get someone to sing to us. i mean. we can remember pages and pages and pages of useless lyrics about heartbreak and angst and everything, i'm sure if chem were a song, we'd remember it too.
snort.
anyway. i'm missing my dear classmates terribly. where have you all gone i miss you all muchly! sigh. good lord what kind of a loser have i become i miss my classmates after like 3 days of not seeing them much. bleargh. i also miss the council people muchly and wish i could see them all without having to go to school because school is so far away and i am very tired from traveling to NUS and back (curses, IS).
over the past few days, i have learnt that i've been learning a lot of things over the past two years in rj. with the best achievements thing, and gan's rj journey thing, and other random reflections thingys.
but seriously. i've realized that relationships need a lot of effort. like a hell lot of effort. if we put in the amount of effort that we put into our relationships into our studies, everyone would get A* or something. haha. but there isn't enough time for that much effort, so we usually choose just one and let the other rot. but yes. relationships require a lot of effort, and i'm gonna start making that effort from now on. to ask you how you are and what you're doing and all that jazz. because i don't want to let all those years of friendship disappear into nothingness. and we don't have to be best friends again or whatever, but just...friends.
where'd you go
i miss you so
it seems like it's been forever
that you've been gone
please come back home
the people who need to read that probably won't, so i don't know why i bother, but nevermind.
i love you all. even if i don't say it as often as i should.
